The journalling says....I promise myself from this day on I will make acquaintance with my new best friends in the endeavour to recover a better level of fitness and feel better about myself.. There, I feel better already. Credits acrylic frame from Happy Gardens by WW paper, stitching (recoloured), alpha from So Happy by Emily Merrit doodle, flowers, heart momtourage a collabourative kit by WAS journalling block from Life365 by WW fonts are vaguely repulsive and small font
